Landlord,Tenant and Supplier Phone Numbers
On the main screen the phone numbers are displayed in a concatenated form.

Click the Zoom button to access the Phone Details screen.

If your system permits the use of a phone dialler click the on the Phone Details screen.  The automatic dialling is quicker and more accurate (assuming the data entered was correct in the first place).
