Navigator Bar

First.....Prev.....Next.....Last..

The Navigator Bar is used to move around within the Aspect Property Manager.
  • The main Navigator Bar is common to the four main screens.
  • Sub-screen navigator bars may not have all buttons present and may even be completely absent.
  • The bar may be found at the top or the bottom of the screen being displayed.
  • This first group of buttons affect records.
  • When the symbol is "greyed out" the button is inactive.

    Move to the first record.  (Ctrl+Home)
    Move to the previous record. (Ctrl+End)
    Move to the next record. (Down Arrow)
    Move to the last record.  (Up Arrow)
    Add a new record.
    Delete the record currently selected.
    Edit the record currently selected.
    Save the changes made to the edited record.
    Cancel the changes made.  This must be done before clicking [Save].
    Refresh the current displayed data
  • This next group of buttons moves between the four main screens.
  • The name of the active screen is in red as shown.
  • If the name is in red italics the screen is showing a sub-set of the available records.
    Move to and show all records on the Landlords screen.
    Move to and show all records on the Properties screen.
    Move to and show all records on the Tenants screen.
    Move to and show all records on the Suppliers screen.

    Find a record by entering the first few characters of either the SortKey or Code.  See Find
