The Correspondence File is used to keep copies of letters, emails, faxes and SMS messages. The documents retain any original formatting, bolding, underlining etc. which can be used for reference or re-printed as an identical copy, as opposed to a Note which loses all formatting.
Viewing the Correspondence File
To access an individual Correspondence File select the required landlord, tenant, or supplier and press [Mail] > Correspondence File.
To see all the saved correspondence select Admin menu > Correspondence File
The Correspondence File window which opens is largely self-explanatory.
The default is to show all letters, emails, faxes, and SMS messages which may then be filtered using the check boxes.
