In general, support is provided at no charge.  There are some exceptions ... go here for details.

Support will be initiated by sending an email requesting help.

This may be from:-

  1. Within Aspect Property Manager,  Help menu >> Enter a Support Issue.
  2. The website  Contact Us page.
  3. A standard email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

The first is the preferred option as it fills in some details but if you can't login or the internal email does not work use then option two or three.

Response times will vary depending on availability. Typically, enquiries will be answered by email or phone call so be sure to provide a a problem description AND especially when using options two and three, a return phone number AND email address.

  • Questions may be posted and answers provided by other users or Aspect Support.
  •  Make it a habit to have a look at the forum periodically and answer other user's questions if you have a solution.
